The Value of Korxx: A Safe, Sustainable, and Educational Choice

It's clear that kids love Korxx. As a early childhood teacher and a mom I love the company Korxx. I support the sustainable, natural cork blocks they make. Most importantly they've convinced me to be a customer because of why they do what they do.

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Korxx.
As always all opinions are 100% honest and completely my own.

We've partnered with Korxx as a blog sponsor because we believe in the same educational philosophies and values.

The Korxx company's passion is to help children lead happier lives through learning and play. Korxx are designed, produced, and developed by the Kuch family who has a deeply rooted tradition in the field of quality, safe, and natural toys for many generations (since 1887)!

At Still Playing School our philosophy states that we can invite our children to explore educational concepts through play based activities to make learning fun! Korxx blocks fit right into our beliefs and will always have a place on our toy shelves!

Korxx: "Just be – easily happy!"

Why cork?

Cork is sustainable. Cork is harvested from the cork oak tree without harming the plant itself. The tree continues to grow and produce more cork that can be harvested in the future for over 100 years! Meanwhile the trees are absorbing CO2 to stabilize our climate. Korxx cork specifically is harvested in accordance to the sustainability forest regulations of the FSC.

Why Korxx?

Standard industry cork found in bulletin boards, flooring, and yes, wine stoppers is still cork but it's not Korxx cork. The Korxx company's first priority is the safety, health, and happiness of the children they entertain. Let me explain to you why as a mother and teacher I could never give my children and students standard industry cork as a material to explore.

Traditional cork can crumble to become a choking hazard!
Korxx blocks have been tested for their physical stability. There is no swallow danger with Korxx blocks as proven by their safety testing in accordance to the following toy safety regulations:

- ASTM US Toy Safety Regulations
- CE EN71 European Safety Standards
- AS/NZS ISO 8124.3 Australian/New Zealand Toy Safety Standards
- Tested by Japanese authories and approved to be sold in Japan

Korxx blocks also contain no toxic or poisoning chemicals. Korxx is phthalate and aroma free. The colors used in Korxx cork blocks are specially developed for the company and also have the highest safety standards in the industry. The blocks are anti-allergen meaning that Korxx even considered people with an allergic disposition when developing their toys!

I had done my research about the safety of Korxx blocks before I ever opened our box so I knew that the building blocks were a worthy investment for me to hand to my preschooler and toddler both as soon as they arrived!

Korxx blocks are an heirloom toy to pass down through generations. They have already won and been nominated for the following toy awards with many more to come I'm sure:

- Nominated for the Toy Award "Das Godlene Schaukelpferd"
- Awarded "Spielzeug Ratgeber"

If you are the kind of person who invests in quality, natural, phthalate free toys for your children then you'll be a satisfied Korxx customer for life! Order your set of Korxx cork blocks to see for yourself!
